AWESOME and FREE WordPress Theme
The wonderful coders over at Kadence Themes have released a free version of VIRTUE THEME . I just used it to build a site for a non-profit client, and it’s awesome! VERY easy to customize (even for a non-coder), tons of options, and it looks great across browsers. And there’s a premium version ($45) if you want even more options (plus a couple alternate layouts). I also opened up a few of the source files to add a couple features for the client — I found them well-written and easy to customize.
